Satisfaction Guarantee & Return Policies:
~ Policy for “On Sale” mirrors: I want you to be 100% pleased with whatever you buy from me. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, I accept returns within 10 days of your receipt of the mirror. Please email me to let me know your concerns and see if there is anything I can do to remedy the situation. If not, you may package the piece up in the original packaging and ship it back to me. You will receive a full refund (minus shipping charges) once I have received the piece back safely.
~ Policy for Custom-Made Mirrors: Half-down payment is required at the time of a custom order. Prior to your first payment, all aspects of your special piece will be discussed in great detail. If you are considering a custom mirror, you have the option of purchasing sample glass pieces sent to your home so they can be viewed (and approved) by you; this is a step I highly recommend! After an agreement has been made between us, and the half-down paid, I begin to place orders with my suppliers for your custom-sized mirror, the sheets of glass I’ll need to complete your mirror, as well as the special-made wood frame.
When half payment has been made and prior to the project beginning, I am always happy to do a dry run for you on a sample board, with your chosen colors and partial design, and email you detailed photos for your approval. If, after viewing the photos, you desire small color or design changes, I can accommodate change requests at this point. (Please note that if extensive changes are desired at this point, an increased cost may result).
When I am finished with your project, I will email you several photos from different angles for your final OK before final payment and shipping. At this point, if you have concerns about the result and decide not to pay the final payment, I will respect that decision and refund you whatever balance remains after the purchase of the mirror and your custom glass, plus a nominal fee for my time and any PayPal fees I have incurred. I am not able to refund monies that have already been spent towards your special project, and those will be deducted from your half-down payment. This same policy applies to customers who have deposited half-down to start their project and then, for whatever reason, decide not to proceed.
[Thankfully, these situations have never occurred, but this is my policy, should they ever happen.]
